Where we deliver We deliver by post to UK addresses only.

How we deliver Our boxes are slim and designed to fit through most letterboxes, so there's no need to wait in for a delivery. No knock at the door, just a very excited sniff at the mat.

Delivery cost The delivery cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my box arrive? If your dog is signed up to our reminders, we time their celebration box to land on or just before the big day. This includes every box in a gift box subscription, which arrives each time your dog turns another dog-year older. Seasonal boxes are baked in one big batch per season and all sent together, so they arrive in time for the holiday. They're only open for orders for a short window: Halloween boxes in October, Christmas boxes in early December, and Easter boxes in the month before Easter. Outside those dates, the product page shows when ordering opens. Everything else is freshly prepared and sent as soon as possible after we receive your order.

Gift boxes for rescue dogs Boxes you gift to a rescue dog are sent directly to the dog rescue HeckBork supports, not to you.

Your delivery address Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your box is sent.

Something's not right? We're really sorry! If your box hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, please tell us directly so we can fix it fast. Send us a DM on Instagram at @heckbork, or email info@gibenterprises.com, with your order number and a photo if something arrived damaged. A real hooman will get back to you and do everything we can to make it right. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
